About the role and team

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic Quality, Risk & Compliance Manager to join the join the G4S Government Services team.

In this critical role, you will own the overarching contract compliance and assurance framework. You will act as the key anchor for keeping our contractual obligations under active, rigorous assurance. Working as a central point of collaboration across national operations, you will balance independent challenge with practical remediation to safeguard service delivery and contract performance.

In the role you will

• Lead the Service Level framework, overseeing performance tracking, validation, risk identification, and corrective action.
• Maintain the obligations register, compliance calendar, and framework across contracts, purchase orders, and policies.
• Lead root-cause analysis and action closure for Service Level failures, incidents, complaints, and audit findings.
• Evaluate proposed contract variations and Purchaser Mandated Changes for impacts on risk, effort, and service exposure.
• Coordinate evidence and preparation for internal, external, and assurance audits.

What we're looking for

• Experience in managing complex contract obligations, risk registers, and service level assurance frameworks within large-scale service delivery contracts.
• Proactively identify service risks and collaborate with Commercial and Contract leads to manage changes and trigger fee or structure reviews.
• High level of proficiency in assessing and mitigating risks and developing safe operating processes and procedures.
• High level strategic thinking skills, including the capacity to exercise sound judgement and develop innovative solutions.
• Ability to evaluate contract variations and identify risk exposures.
