We're looking for Security Officer’s to join a newly acquired contract with Allied Universal, in London.

This is much more than a traditional security role. You'll be one of the first people visitors, guests and employees meet when they arrive, helping create a safe, welcoming and professional environment from the moment they step through the door.

If you enjoy working with people, take pride in your presentation and can confidently balance customer service with security responsibilities, this could be a great opportunity for you.

You'll be joining a professional corporate environment where high standards, teamwork and excellent service are valued every day.

Pay and Shift Details:


- £15.88 per hour  per hour
- 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (flexibility required Monday to Sunday)
- 7:00am to 7:00pm
- Permanent opportunity

What You'll Be Doing

- Welcoming employees, visitors and contractors into the building
- Always acting as a professional ambassador for the site
- Managing access control and visitor procedures
- Producing and issuing security passes and credentials
- Using the Javelin system to support day-to-day cover and security administration
- Using security and IT systems to support daily operations
- Monitoring CCTV systems and responding to incidents appropriately
- Carrying out internal and external patrols
- Supporting the wider security team to maintain a safe environment
- Responding professionally to security concerns and incidents
- Reporting suspicious activity and escalating concerns where required
- Working closely with site teams and other service partners
- Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout every shift

What We're Looking For:

- Communicate confidently and professionally

- Can make sound decisions when needed
- Work well as part of a team
- Are comfortable learning and using different IT and security systems
- Have strong attention to detail and take ownership of your work
- Have experience using the Javelin system, or be able to quickly learn and navigate similar platforms

You'll Need To:


- Be aged 18 or over
- Hold a valid SIA Security Guarding (SG) or Door Supervisor (DS) Licence
- Hold a valid SIA CCTV Licence
- Have at least 1 year's experience within a corporate security environment
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working within a professional corporate environment is essential for this role.
