¡En G4S estamos buscando un(a) Analista de Servicios a la Operación con excelente manejo administrativo, capacidad analítica y deseos de aprender para unirse a nuestro equipo!

¿Eres Tecnólogo o Técnico con experiencia en apoyo administrativo,buen manejo de Excel y excelentes relaciones interpersonales? ¡Esta vacante es para ti!
¿Qué harás?
Control de inventarios y activos: Realizar el control de inventarios de armamento, comunicaciones, dotaciones y equipos especiales de la operación.
Trámites y permisos legales: Tramitar los permisos de movilización de armamento necesarios para la instalación y levantamiento de puestos, y gestionar con proveedores las credenciales de la SVSP (Supervigilancia).
Gestión de acreditaciones y carnetización: Consolidar los informes de acreditación y exámenes psicofísicos a nivel Regional, y velar porque todo el personal operativo y administrativo cuente con su carnet de identificación vigente.
Administración y control de capacitación: Notificar al personal sobre los patrocinios de cursos de seguridad, hacer seguimiento a su ejecución y cargar los soportes en la plataforma de la organización.
Gestión de novedades y radicación: Validar de forma oportuna los cursos rechazados en la radicación por parte de la Supervigilancia y hacer el seguimiento estricto hasta subsanar la novedad.
¿Qué buscamos?
Formación Académica: Tecnólogo o Técnico en cualquier modalidad.
Experiencia: Entre 1 y 2 años de experiencia en manejo administrativo, digitación y redacción de informes (mínimo 1 año si es en empresas de seguridad privada).
Habilidades Técnicas: Manejo avanzado de Excel y herramientas ofimáticas.
Competencias: Excelentes relaciones interpersonales, organización, atención al detalle y orientación al servicio.
