Are you passionate about building a safe, energizing, and compliant workplace where people can truly thrive? We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented HR & Health & Safety Coordinator to take ownership of our Health & Safety ecosystem while championing everyday HR initiatives.

HR Operations & Project Support

• Learning & Development Execution: Support Training Needs Analysis to identify learning gaps, organize employee participation in training programs, manage the e-learning platform (user access, content updates, reporting), and handle both scheduled and ad-hoc training requests.

• Performance Management Support: Help rolled-out performance review cycles run smoothly by assisting managers and employees with tools and processes.

• Internal Communications & Engagement: Support the rollout of engaging internal announcements, maintaining messaging consistency. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.

• CSR & Company Events: Support the planning and hands-on execution of Corporate Social Responsibility actions and internal company events.

• HR Reporting: Track and maintain key HR and H&S metrics and dashboards.

Health & Safety

• H&S Execution & Oversight: Plan and continuously monitor all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and workplace safety initiatives

• Safety Officer Collaboration: Act as the primary internal contact and build a seamless partnership with our external Safety Officer to conduct risk assessments, site inspections, and legal compliance checks

• G4S Group Compliance: Drive and ensure strict adherence to all G4S / Allied Universal global Health & Safety directives, standards, and reporting requirements

• Safety Culture & Training: Coordinate mandatory H&S training sessions, manage incident reporting/investigations, and actively foster a proactive safety mindset across the organization

• Audits & Quality Standards: Support preparation for internal, external, and ISO audits (H&S & HR), ensuring timely resolution of audit findings to maintain full compliance

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field

• 3-6 years of solid hands-on experience in HR Operations / H&S Coordination.

• Fluent in Greek and proficient/fluent in English (written and verbal)

• Practical understanding of H&S regulations, ISO standards, and safety compliance frameworks

• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (or MS Office)

• Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong project coordination skills

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to manage relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders

• High attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and organizational ability
