We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Bid Manager to join the Sales  Team at G4S Secure Solutions (UK) Ltd. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our team and bid process, which is actively integrating AI tools to enhance our efficiency and creativity. This role is perfect for a thoughtful, forward-thinking professional who wants to embrace technology as part of their approach to bidding.

What you will accomplishing:

Provide expert bid management support primarily for the G4S Regional Sales team.

When time allows, support the business with other opportunities.

Actively incorporate AI tools and technology into the bid process, including prompting

and editing to develop high-quality responses.

Manage and contribute to the development of winning strategies for bids.

Write high-quality, compliant, and compelling responses to tender specifications.

Project manage the entire bid response from the receipt of the PQQ, ITT, or similar

documents through to final presentations.

Marshal the resources of the business to ensure a compelling and compliant response

is submitted.

Ensure our response adheres to our rigorous bid and governance processes.

Manage the central helpdesk for the bid team, ensuring a seamless support process.



Your characteristics:

Proactive, keen to learn, ambitious. Have demonstrated that they take on responsibility, and are eager to develop and grow through their own initiative.

Bid management experience and a demonstrable track record of success

Ideally APMP qualified at foundation, practitioner or professional level.

Artificial Intelligence: Demonstrate a genuine interest in AI tools and technology,

with personal or professional experience in prompting, editing and utilising AI

Excellent project management and planning skill, and ability to handle multiple bids simultaneously and thrive under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to support and develop other staff members.

Happy to write bid responses and have a strong competency in this area.

Summarise their highest level of education, with the name of the institution and education level (e.g. Genetics bSC at Leeds University).

Location: Remote 

Salary: Up to £45,000 depending on experience.
