Service Coordinator – Fire & Security Systems
Location: Dublin
Compensation: €38,500
G4S Secure Solutions is seeking an organized and proactive Service Coordinator to manage the daily field service operations within our Fire & Security Systems division. In this fast-paced, compliance-driven role, you will act as the vital link between our engineers, sales teams, and clients. Your primary focus will be coordinating complex engineer schedules, ensuring rapid service delivery, and managing the billing workflow to maintain high customer satisfaction and strict financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling & Dispatch Operations
  • Engineer Coordination: Plan and schedule reactive maintenance, routine servicing, and commissioning tasks in line with customer agreements.
  • Incident Response: Handle incoming customer calls and emails, accurately diagnose problems, and dispatch the appropriate engineer.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a central communication point for Field Engineers, Business Development Managers, and Customers.
  • Monitoring Integration: Collaborate with the external Monitoring Centre to handle system alerts and operational updates.

Commercial & Financial Administration
  • Workflow Billing: Process engineers' work reports, manage purchase order (PO) requests, and generate accurate sales orders.
  • Contract Management: Initiate, update, and maintain comprehensive records for all active customer service contracts.
  • Documentation Management: Deliver necessary technical reports, compliance certifications, and project updates directly to customers.

Team Support & Strategic Reporting
  • Business Intelligence: Extract system data to provide management with actionable reports for strategic and operational planning.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Provide backup administrative assistance and assist the broader sales and installation teams as required.
  • Brand Advocacy: Promote the complete suite of G4S Secure Solutions security products and services to clients.
