Der er tale om en spændende og selvstændig stilling i vores Back Office-team, hvor du spiller en vigtig rolle i at sikre kvaliteten af vores salg og installationer. Du vil få en central funktion i maskinrummet, hvor du understøtter vores sælgere og teknikere, så vi sammen skaber de bedste kundeoplevelser.

Det er afgørende for din succes, at du er struktureret, ansvarsbevidst og trives i et miljø, hvor der er fart på, og hvor vi hjælper hinanden med at nå i mål.

Dine opgaver omfatter blandt andet:

  • Controlling af installationer: Du tjekker sikkerhedskonsulenternes arbejde via Ajax-app’en, herunder fotos, zone-opsætning og systemindstillinger.
  • Ordre-controlling: Kvalitetstjek af priser, data og kontraktforhold på ordrer fra Telemarketing, herunder ejerskifter og konverteringer.
  • Dokumenthåndtering: Upload og arkivering af aftaler, fuldmagter og opsigelser på kundekonti i ServiceNow.
  • Assistance ved onboarding: Du hjælper med at byde nye salgskonsulenter velkommen ved at stå for opsætning af it-udstyr og deltage i selve undervisningen under onboarding-forløbet. 
  • Back Office Support: Sagsbehandling af indkomne mails samt telefonisk support til kolleger og montører i marken.
  • Opfølgning: Ad hoc-opgaver samt månedlige kontroller og administrative justeringer.

Særlige kvalifikationer der vil blive lagt vægt på:

  • Vi forestiller os, at du er uddannet fra handelsskolen (HHX/EUX), er kontoruddannet eller måske er butiksuddannet og drømmer om at skifte gulvet ud med en administrativ base på et kontor.
  • Du er stærk til tal og detaljer
  • Du er en habil bruger af IT og lærer hurtigt nye systemer at kende.
  • Som person, er du nysgerrig og tager ansvar for at få tingene gjort.
  • Du er god til at kommunikere og yde support til mange forskellige typer mennesker over både telefon og mail.
