Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm (flexible as required)

We are currently recruiting for a Security Operations Manager to lead operational excellence at a prestigious, ultra-luxury residential development based near Vauxhall, London. Serving as a critical operational pillar for this high-profile asset, you will drive five-star service standards while safeguarding the privacy, safety, and reputation of the property and its residents.

For this position, we require a tech-savvy Security Operations Manager capable of maintaining impeccable standards across a high-profile asset. You will lead a large operational team, design streamlined processes, write detailed SOPs, and develop staff training modules to elevate service delivery. Crucially, you will oversee sophisticated site infrastructure and manage relationships with external IT, engineering, and maintenance teams. Absolute discretion and executive-level communication are vital, as you will interface directly with senior stakeholders and present high-level operational reporting while protecting the site's reputation.

Your Time at Work

- Operational Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a large security team on site. Oversee full lifecycle management including HR processes, recruitment, and onboarding. Draft clear SOPs, build training modules, and work closely with Supervisors and Security Officers to maintain exceptional daily operational standards.

- Technology, Infrastructure & Process Design: Serve as the technical lead for sophisticated site infrastructure and integrated systems. Oversee process design and liaise directly with external IT, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operational continuity.

- Scheduling & Logistic: Manage total site scheduling, rotas, event cover, and relief planning. Oversee operations and continuously inspect all administrative, health & safety, and quality procedures.

- Client Relations & Stakeholder Reporting: Maintain strong client relationships, drive resident satisfaction, and liaise with the Head of Security regarding site specifications. Deliver high-level KPI reporting, attend client meetings, and present strategic assessments directly to senior stakeholders while identifying opportunities for growth.

- Risk Management & Confidentiality: Establish a deep understanding of contractual requirements to mitigate site-wide risk. Operate with absolute discretion and personal integrity, preserving complete confidentiality to protect the property’s reputation.

- Exceptional communicator with a track record of executive-level reporting and stakeholder management.
