Stakeholder Engagement Lead: Part Time - 3 Days / 24 Hours Per Week. (Flexible Basis/Business Needs)

Location: Unit 4 | 35 Parkway Court | Glasgow Business Park | Glasgow | G69 6GA (with travel across Scotland required)

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone to join us in the role of Stakeholder Engagement Lead. This is an amazing opportunity to work within the Criminal Justice sector in our organisation which has been managing Electronic Monitoring contracts on behalf of the Scottish Government for over 20 years.  We are extremely proud of this achievement, and of our record of delivering excellent service whilst working as one supportive team. 

The Stakeholder Engagement Lead is directly responsible for building and maintaining relationships across the public sector to support and improve service delivery. While this role does not have direct line management duties, it receives support from two Training, Liaison, and Development Officers who can assist with liaison activities, presentations, and events when available. Overall responsibility for stakeholder engagement across Scotland sits fully within this role.

Key Responsibilities

Public Sector & Judicial Liaison

• Act as the primary contact for public sector stakeholders, including Justice Social Work, Community Justice Partnerships, and Scottish Government representatives.
  
  

• Present service performance and operational updates directly to the judiciary and partner agencies.
  
  

• Manage the Electronic Monitoring (EM) Champions Programme, including meeting arrangements and coordination every six weeks, agenda planning, meeting notes, and sharing key updates.
  
  

• Host site visits and operational demonstrations for external partners and visitors, delegating support tasks to liaison officers as needed.
  
  

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure all stakeholder activities meet contractual, governance, and UK Data Protection standards.
  
  

• Maintain strict GDPR compliance for external communications, including distribution distribution management and dealing with unsubscribe requests.
  
  

• Handle site visit access requirements, including security actions including collecting photo ID and processing Visitor Security Exemption forms for shadowing visits.
  
  

Publications & Resources

• Lead the creation, layout, and publication of the Annual Statistical Bulletin.
  
  

• Work with the compliance team to gather data, write supporting content, and submit drafts to the Scottish Government for sign-off ahead of the annual release on 1 April.
  
  

• Update and manage presentation materials, master slide packs, and partner reference guides (such as the Assessor’s Guide).
  
  

• Prepare demonstration equipment (tags, straps, and Home Monitoring Units) for awareness sessions and events.
  
  

Key Skills & Experience

• Good working knowledge of Electronic Monitoring services, the Scottish criminal justice sector, and public sector governance.
  
  

• Proven track record of building effective working relationships with statutory partners, local authorities, and the judiciary.
  
  

• Strong understanding of UK GDPR requirements and data protection rules.
  
  

• Practical experience using Canva, Google Workspace, and standard presentation software.
  
  

• Strong planning, coordination and problem solving skills.
  
  

• Ability to speak confidently in front of groups of people, ability to engage on both a one to one, and group basis.
