Job Summary (Objective):

The position is responsible for monitoring day-to-day ATM operations, analyzing operational issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate operational and financial records, and implementing measures to improve service quality, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Monitoring and Providing ATM operational personnel with day-to-day support for ATM operations and coordinating to outside branches regarding ATM operations.

· Analyzing the ATM Operation related issue and resolve it with proper investigation through ATM support tools.

· Applying analytics, deliver operational plans i.e. vehicle schedule, routing plan, ATM replenishment scheduling plan, deployment of ATM staff.

· Recovery of physical cash shortage from responsible custodians upon investigation

· Maintaining the Mandatory Security Principal (MSP’s) for Cash operations.

· Maintaining control and performance standards adhering to SOPs, policies and guidelines (ROCC) prescribed by the company.

· ATM Cash Disbursement and Cash Forecasting Management for ATM operations.

· Assuring effective customer service and relations through timely delivery of quality services as well as resolving customer complaints and customers’ queries.

· Facilitator for CS Staff Training and Workshop.

· Making available invoice related all data- replenishment trips, FLM trips, new ATM deployment, ATM withdrawal records, service rate etc.

· KPI data preparation related with ATM operation.

· Making tally of daily all cash transactions record and cash balancing of ATM (client wise)

· Ensuring bulk cash collection and its process.

· Controlling ATM key & Password management.

· Managing all administrative matters of ATM operations

· Implementing Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) measures as directed by HR department.

· Monitoring daily ATM vehicle trip/movement.

· Managing attendance, duty schedule, duty roster, leave schedule of ATM staff.

· Making recommendations to improve efficiency, cost - effectiveness.

· Checking and authorization of all expenses related to ATM operations.

· Coordinating ATM reconciliation for any ATM cash discrepancies.

· Controlling daily security tag usage, stocking and reconciliation.

· Checking and validation of dispute related transactions and/or claim.

· Preparing incident report and initial investigation related with ATM operation.

Educational Qualification & Competencies Required:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related discipline. Master’s degree/MBA in a relevant field will be an advantage.

· 5–8 years of relevant experience in ATM operations, cash management, banking operations, cash-in-transit, branch operations, or a similar operational environment.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to investigate operational issues and discrepancies.

· Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.

· Knowledge of cash reconciliation and transaction verification.

· Ability to work under pressure and be a good team player.

· Strong MS Office/MIS and reporting skills.

· Ability to analyze operational data and prepare KPI reports.

· Ability to manage multiple operational activities under time-sensitive conditions.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
