Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber GSOC Analyst to join our team on a permanent night roster, supporting a global corporate footprint of over 15,000 personnel worldwide.

Important Note for Applicants:

A Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) is not a traditional guard station or basic CCTV control room. This role is not passive screen watching or local door monitoring.

Our GSOC operates as an intelligence-driven, high-tempo corporate command center responsible for 24/7 geopolitical and open-source intelligence (OSINT) gathering, critical incident triage, life-safety mass communication (ENS), executive protection support, travel security, and centralized enterprise badging operations across international time zones. Applicants must meet the mandatory technical and analytical experience requirements.

Core Responsibilities

1. Geopolitical Intelligence, Threat Triage & Incident Reporting

• 24/7 Global Surveillance & OSINT: Proactively scan open-source intelligence (OSINT), wire services (Reuters, AP, AFP), government feeds (USGS, NOAA), meteorological data, and security risk feeds to detect civil unrest, severe weather, natural disasters, active assailant situations, and geopolitical developments affecting facilities or travelers worldwide.

• Intelligence Synthesis & SITREPs: Corroborate breaking information across multiple independent, verified sources. Draft concise, executive-ready Bottom-Line-Up-Front (BLUF) Situational Reports (SITREPs) and Global Event Monitoring (GEM) reports with accurate proximity mapping to corporate assets.

• Risk Framework Evaluation: Apply a structured Four-Factor Risk Assessment (Proximity, Severity, Trajectory, Relevance) to determine incident escalations and notification thresholds without delay.

• Emergency Mass Notification System (ENS): Rapidly delineate coordinate geofences, quantify exposed workforce populations using Workday and travel tracking registries, and draft/broadcast life-safety alerts via platforms such as Everbridge within strict 5-minute SLAs.

2. Travel Risk Management & Executive Protection (EP) Support

• Flight & Journey Tracking: Monitor real-time ADS-B flight feeds, radar corridors, departure/touchdown milestones, diversions, and airport ground stops for high-visibility travelers and executive itineraries.

• Airborne & Route Threat Analysis: Evaluate route vulnerabilities, chokepoints, and developing destination incidents while principals are airborne to deliver advance warning and alternate routing considerations to protective details.

• Executive Baseline & Event Reports: Prepare structured baseline threat assessments, 0600/1800 awareness reports, and Everbridge deployment entries (maintaining strict 1-mile heightened monitoring perimeters).

3. Centralized Enterprise Badging & Identity Operations

• Global Credential Lifecycle Administration: Centrally administer badging operations for 15,000+ employees and contractors globally using Lenel OnGuard, cross-referencing records against Workday identity profiles and Resolver incident/service tickets.

• Access Request & Queue Management: Triage and audit Physical Security Access Requests (PSAR/PSR queues), validate project dates, correct request classifications, eliminate duplicate tickets, and overwrite system-generated "phantom" badge records during production.

• Space Management Integration: Coordinate physical access restrictions and permissions aligned with desk/space reservation workflows in Eptura.

4. Physical Security Systems & Operational Communications

• Alarm Triage & VMS Verification: Remotely triage physical security alarms (Door Forced Open, Door Held Open, panel disconnects) using Milestone XProtect camera matrices and smart search forensics. Execute reader masking/unmasking per SOPs.

• Audit-Compliant Incident Logging: Maintain chronological, third-person incident timelines and shift handover records in Resolver.

• Operational Discipline: Manage professional, cross-functional incident traffic, handoffs, and stakeholder inquiries via Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Microsoft Outlook adhering strictly to channel discipline.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience

• GSOC Experience: Minimum 2 years of verified operational experience directly inside a corporate Global Security Operations Center (GSOC), corporate intelligence center, or joint operations center. (Static site guarding, basic retail CCTV control room monitoring, or concierge desk experience will not be considered.)

• Shift Commitment: Full commitment to working a structured night shift roster averaging 42 hours per week, including alternating weekends and public holidays.

• Required Technical Platform Proficiency:

  • Enterprise Access Control: Lenel OnGuard (credential administration, alarm monitoring, badge templates).

  • Video Management System (VMS): Milestone XProtect (live surveillance matrices, smart playback searches, clip exporting).

  • Critical Event Management / ENS: Everbridge, Visual Command Center (VCC), or equivalent.

  • Incident Logging & Ticketing: Resolver, Jira, or ServiceNow.

  • Enterprise HR & Space Systems: Workday and Eptura (or equivalent enterprise workplace platforms).

  • Communication & Collaboration: Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Microsoft Outlook.

• Written Communication & Analytical Rigor: Flawless professional written English. Proven ability to synthesize complex, high-velocity intelligence inputs into structured BLUF reports, executive summaries, and formal handover notes under tight deadlines.

• Base Rate: €23.00 per hour
