Area Security Officer

We are currently recruiting a full-time permanent Area Relief Officer to work across a collection of prestigious sites in and around Liverpool and the Wirral. 

This exciting opportunity will allow you to work across a range of varied locations, with a high standard of security needing to be met at all times. If you are in the security industry or are looking for a career change, then this would be the perfect for you! We will offer on-site training, as well as career development too. 

Contract Information: 

Pay Rate: £13.55 per hour 
Hours: 42 hours per week minimum 
Shifts: Day, nights and weekends 

Your Time at Work

As an Area Relief Officer, a typical week will involve ensuring the safety of our customers' staff, their buildings, and assets, whilst providing excellent customer service with a smile. Other elements of the role will include: 

- Greeting staff and visitors in a friendly and professional manner 
- Ensuring everyone follows the security and safety protocols of the site 
- Gatehouse duties - access and egress control 
- Patrolling of the premises - both inside and outside 
- Dealing with any security incidents on site and completing relevant incident report forms

If you are aged 18 or over and are a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times, then this could be the career for you! 

A good understanding of IT is required and as mentioned before, whilst it would be a benefit to have some previous security experience together with your SIA license. 

Please note, this role does require a Full UK Driving Licence with access to your own vehicle.
